Steve M. Gutheil

Steve M. Gutheil born August 5, 1961 in Ohio, passed away peacefully at his home on March 30, 2022. Funeral service will be on April 16, 2022 at 2:00pm at Snyder Memorials Funeral Home. The family asks that you dress in casual attire or wear anything Denver Broncos or Grand Junction Rockies, as those were Steve’s favorite teams. Aside from football and baseball he enjoyed spending his time with grandkids, planting a garden, flowers or just making his yard amazing. Steve always had a smile on his face and was a happy man. He never had a harsh word to say.
Steve is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Debra Lynn Jensen, his children Andrew and Alex of Denver, CO; Gary (Lindy) Patton of Montana, Misty (Bear) Parker of Colorado Springs, CO; Chris Jensen, Stormy (Mark) Locke, Nathan (Kristi) Maestas, Jo Jo (Brittany) Maestas and Bud Maestas of Grand Junction, CO. His grandchildren who he loved dearly, Aspen, Addison, Acelynn, Zaelynn, Ronnie, Alec, Brookelynn, Jax, Niko, Silas, Jordan, John, Kiley, Jonathan, Trevor, Kristin, Skyler, Aiden, Jordan, Selene and Patience.
Steve was preceded in death by his daughter Chasity Marie and granddaughter Skyler Ann.
He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
