Pauline L. Bechtold
April 27, 1958 — March 28, 2026
Pauline Louise Bechtold born April 27, 1958 passed March 28, 2026 after a long illness. With her best friend of 50 years, caring and giving Polly love by her side in Fruita Colorado.
"Polly" was raised in WheatRidge Colorado. Graduated as a Wheatridge Farmer. In high school she spent time volunteering with autistic children, going to concerts and enjoying life. She was employeed with Lowery Air Force base as a civilian. When it closed they transferred her to Alabama. She remained there for 13 years. Adopted a young lady, moved to Alamogordo New Mexico. Until coming to Grand Junction Colorado to be with her best friend and living out the remainder of her life.
Pauline led a quiet private life.
Her final resting place will be in Golden Colorado, alongside her mother.
