Marjorie Ann Downey

Marjorie Ann Downey passed away peacefully on August 13, 2025, in her lifelong hometown of Grand Junction, Colorado. Born on December 10,1946, Marjorie was a beacon of love and joy to all who knew her.

Marjorie cherished the moments spent with her loved ones, including her son Dave and daughter Christina (David), and two grandsons, Eli and Jeremiah. She is survived by her sisters Leila, Wanda, Susan, and Judy, as well as her brother Glenn.Marjorie was predeceased by her husband, Donald Downey, who was herpartner in life and love; her parents, Glenn and Mable, and her brothers Joe, Richard, and Jerry.

An avid gardener, Marjorie found great happiness and fulfillment innurturing plants and flowers and sharing her vegetables with family
and friends
