Betty Jane Watson
September 5, 1931 — February 6, 2024
Betty Jane Watson, "GG", passed away peacefully on February 6, 2024, in Grand Junction, Colorado. She was born on September 5, 1931, in Olathe, Colorado to Rex Dee and Agnes Marie (Shipley) Marsh. Her sisters were Dorothy Jones, Helen Tunget, and Mary Lou Pierson.
Betty had a passion for crafting, painting, fishing, and moments with her family. Betty is survived by her daughters, Yvonne (Dan) Belcastro, Dianna (Rick) Sheldon, and Betty (Chris) Brown. She was a proud grandmother to 8 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and 23 great-great-grandchildren. Betty also shared a companionship with Eldon Jenkins. Betty was preceded in death by her first husband, Joe Dee Watson, and her second husband, David Urban.
A Celebration of Life will be on February 24, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Orchard Mesa Baptist Church.
